I wish that these rules were the same for the Commnet column. The attacks and slanderous comments go on and continue to do so despite the use of the "Report Abuse" button, E-mails reporting them and with no regard to the rules.
In the comment column, please take the time to read the post on the Man Punished article by Swiss.
This has been going on, the attacks, vicious lies and downright slanderous information. Nothing is being done. the rules only apply to select few.

Kat, you cry and complain that I am "mean" to you, or that I post personal infor about you.. well, first of all, ALL of the info that I have posted about you, came directly from postings and personal informatiojn that you, yourself posted about yourself in the first place...
I do know you, and I know a lot about you, and I actually could give out lots of personal info about you that I do know, BUT iI don't.. I am very careful that the only information that I write about you, are things that you have already told about yourself
just last week, I posted that you had better never complain that anyone is giving out info on you, then I cited many, not all of the information that we all know about you because you have posted it, and continue to do so... at the end of my post to you.. your response was "wht's your point?" well my point is that you can not logicacally or in a sane and rationala manner complain that anyone is repeating personal info that you have released!!! if Sassy called you on something and mentioned your profession, or car, ot alcohol situation etc. I doubt if you would blink an eye, because you like her, bur she has the same info that I have, and when I use it, you cry!!!!
decide what you want.. if you don't want personal info out there , THEN DON'T TELL US EVERY DETAIL ABOUT YOUR LIFE... but if you choose to put it there , don't be upset when it is thrown back at you
now go back to your crying to the moderator.. but I am sure that he sees that you dish it out just s strongly, but then fall into your angelic mode, and claim to never do it!!!LOL

Kat makes a good and valid point. swiss continually makes defamatory and libellous statements against whomever falls out of favor that day. If the Reflector actually had any concern for the following of the little b.s. rules it posts, it would permanently ban swiss family from commenting.

Reflector, it only makes you look foolish to even have the nerve to post a bunch of rules you fail continuously to enforce.

This is just like a soap opera, or big-time wrestling, if you prefer. There are good guys, bad guys, and people set to antagonize everyone. Guess who is who...

It's a balance. You have decent commenters, one-time commenters, jokesters, followers, and verbose-vomiters who have a superiority complex. Ying and yang. I don't mind it, it's funny. Have a good time with it, b/c it's very very predictable who will say what, and when.

Just what it is, I just try to go with the flow, and you have to laff at some of them, they go from the sublime to the ridiculous.

please be very specific and tell me what and how and where I violated these rules??? if these rules have been broken, it is more likely that you or your friends are the ones who have done so...people have repeatedly mentioned a name that they think that I am, which I have continually told them that I am not that person, yet they continue to suggest that I am, creating slanderous and libelous statements...I have had things posted about me on "my space" and other places, and I was not the poster doing so.. that is clearly a violation of my rights..
and the list goes on and on.. yes I have mentioned Kat's statistics and facts about her lie, only after she has told everyone all of the facts that I just mention again.. but somehow she thinks I am giving out her personal info.. sorry hon, but you do it yourself, and at times glow with the fact that your info is out there, then cry because it is, and try to blame me...

I can't help but to be entertained by the again, hypocritical blather from some posters on here... in one blog, they will tell you that they NEVER read my posts.. and then in the next posting, they will quote what I have written??? which is it?? do you read them??? and since we all know that you do.. really, if this blog site causes you to have such a mental overload, you really should take up crossword puzzles or some other type of entertainment...I do enjoy mentally challenging banter, with people who are mentally equipped to do so.. but when I see a seemingly "normal" person, go off the deep end, and contradict themselves time after time.. it makes me feel sorry for you, and worry about your mental state...and I would feel terrible if I was the cause of your total mental break down

people have their own style of posting on here, some like to share every detail about themselves, from their family history, where they have lived, what they do for a living etc....and others choose not to share too much information..no one can say that either way is wrong.
the person who tells every detail about themselves can not logically complain that anyone has brought up any of the information, because no one would have access to, or an opinion on their lives , except they, themselves gave it out.
I have given out the information about my finger, so because of that fact, I can never, and will never be upset, or report abuse, or even react to anyone mentioning information brought back up by others, because I gave out that information in the first place....
other people tell all of their personal information and yet when anyone mentions it, or even refers to the information that they have an opinion of, this person goes off, and contacts the moderator, and cries, and carries on etc, because someone released personal information about them... well, again, you can't give out information, and then be upset when anyone mentions the information that you, yourself gave out...you can't have it both ways

I post nothing on here of my personal nature-and swiss would be the reason I would not. Never thinking Kat may be crying out for help-maybe that's why she posts the stuff she posts. Maybe she's looking for a little compassion. Who am I to judge what she needs? But I'm not going to call her names in the meantime, praying on her weaknesses. THAT'S exactly what you do to her, swiss. You look for a reason to attack, well, maybe in YOUR mind it's a reason, then you never let up! Why do you think the same thing is done to you by us? Fair is fair.

I am not crying out for help, I am fine, need no compassion, and much prefer to give compassion. I have NO weaknesses to pray on or pray about.
Swiss gives me laughter and an ample opportunity to pull the strings that make our keyboard Pinocchio type. I am good at getting her going and I enjoy that, it is not much of a challenge, far to easy sometimes.

Seriously, I feel more pity than anything for it. What a sad, pathetic little life it must lead, to have to entertain itself and boister it's self esteem by attempting to degrade and insult others. Really, I get on here and comment and have some fun. But I have hobbies, and always things to do with my kids, I even have a dog, and a house to take care of, and stuff to do outside. My life doesn't revolve around these internet pages. swiss is, by far, the most pathetic creature I've come across in quite some time.

Remember, I feel sorry for it. I don't like it, respect it, or have any positive feelings towards it. I can't even call it he or she-to me, it is an asexual creature with no male/female characteristics whatsoever.

I can't read the rules for the photograph. Who is that anyway? And definately need an abuse report button so the moderators can take down annoying spam.

Many people have registered complaints a bout the SPAM to Mr, Russell, he assures you the problem will be taken care of, NOT. Like so many other areas, they just tell you what they think will get you off their back, and then simply just add more spam.
Not sure how to resolve the problem, talking to the folks at the NR is definantly not the solution.
