ABC announced today that former “Dancing With the Stars” champion Brooke Burke is the new co-host for the network’s hit reality show.

Burke, who along with professional dancer Derek Hough won season seven of DWTS, will join Tom Bergeron in handling the hosting duties when Season 10 begins March 22.

Burke is replacing Samantha Harris, who co-hosted with Bergeron for the first nine seasons on DWTS.

Many of us reading Matt's DWTS blog probably don't have a lot of love for Samantha Harris. She's about as vanilla of an interviewer as there is. She's quite easy on the eyes, but adds no zip with her backstage interviews.
 

Pamela Anderson will be among the celebs on Season 10 of “Dancing With the Stars,” according to RadarOnline.com.
ABC has not commented on the rumors involving the former “Baywatch” and “Stacked” star.
The cast will be announced March 1 during the "Bachelor" finale.

 Tonight I found that living on a golf course in Norwalk is peaceful and quiet, per se, compared to Las Vegas. Not that I was not already aware of such.
